TitoMediaLab OPC ("TitoMediaLab," "we," "us") operates this website at titomedialab.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, company (optional), and message you provide. When you book a consultation, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter to set the appointment.
• Information collected automatically. For security and spam prevention, our server may log your IP address and browser user-agent when you submit the form. We do not build advertising or tracking profiles.
• What you type into our website assistant. This site has a chat assistant ("Sam"). Anything you type into it, and the replies it gives, are sent to our chat server and stored there for up to 3 months so the conversation can continue if you return. Please do not enter sensitive personal information, health information, passwords, or payment details into the chat.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the information or services you ask for.
• To schedule and hold consultations.
• To prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics that profile you. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no cross-site tracker on this website.

We do use a small amount of browser storage to make the site work:

• tml-theme — remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.
• Website assistant entries — the chat assistant stores a conversation identifier and whether its window is open, so your conversation is still there if you close the chat and come back.

All of these are functional. None of them are used for advertising or to follow you across other websites. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings. Full detail is in our Cookie and Storage Policy.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site and respond to you. They process information only on our behalf:

• Scheduling — when you book a consultation, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you enter and handles them under its own privacy policy.
• Hosting — to serve this website and store form submissions.
• Internal notification and automation tooling — to alert our team when a new inquiry comes in so we can reply quickly.
• AI model provider — our website assistant is powered by a third-party AI language model. What you type in the chat is sent to that provider so it can generate a reply. Your contact-form submissions are not sent to it.

How long we keep it

• Website assistant conversations — deleted after 3 months. We do not keep chat transcripts beyond that.
• Contact form submissions — kept while we are in contact with you and for as long as we need them as a business record of the enquiry.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner, at any time.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to our use of it. You can also ask us to delete a chat conversation. Send the request through our contact form. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the Philippines, you have these rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and you may also complain to the National Privacy Commission. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR. If you are a California resident, you may request the categories of personal information we collected and ask us to delete it; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA.

Where your information is handled

TitoMediaLab OPC operates from the Philippines, so information you send us is received and stored there, and may also be processed by the providers listed above in the countries where they operate. If you contact us from outside the Philippines, you are sending your information across borders.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.

Governing law and contact

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
