This page lists everything titomedialab.com stores in your browser. It is short, because there is not much, and because none of it is used for advertising.

The short version

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta pixel, and no cross-site tracker on this website. Nothing here follows you to other sites, and nothing here builds a profile of you.

Because we only store what the site needs to function, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If we ever add analytics or advertising technology, we will add a consent banner before it starts collecting, and update this page.

What we actually store

All of the entries below are stored in your browser's local storage rather than as traditional cookies. They stay on your device and are not transmitted to advertisers.

Set by this website

• tml-theme — remembers whether you chose light or dark mode, so the site does not flash the wrong theme the next time you visit. Strictly functional. Kept until you clear it.

Set by our website assistant

The chat assistant ("Sam") in the corner of the site stores two things so a conversation survives a page reload:

• A conversation identifier — a random id that lets the assistant reload your previous messages if you close the chat and reopen it. It is not tied to your name or email unless you type them into the chat yourself.
• An open or closed flag — records whether the chat window was open, so it does not reopen itself unexpectedly.

What you type into the chat is also sent to our chat server and to a third-party AI language model so a reply can be generated, and it is kept for up to 3 months before deletion. That is described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not type sensitive personal information, health information, passwords, or payment details into the chat.

Set by third parties when you leave the site

• Calendly — our booking links open Calendly in a new tab. Calendly sets its own cookies on its website, under its own policy. It is a link, not an embedded widget, so Calendly sets nothing while you are on titomedialab.com.

Server logs

Separately from browser storage, when you submit the contact form our server records your IP address and browser user-agent alongside the submission, to prevent spam and abuse. This is a server-side log, not a cookie, and you cannot clear it from your browser. You can ask us to delete it.

How to clear what we store

Clearing site data for titomedialab.com in your browser settings removes everything on this page. In most browsers this is under Settings, then Privacy, then Cookies and site data. Clearing it will reset your theme preference and start a fresh chat conversation. Nothing else on the site depends on it.

You can also use your browser's private or incognito mode, which discards all of it when you close the window.
